You can always find me where the wild things are. I'm a photojournalistic Pacific Northwest Photographer dedicated to telling authentic stories where love of nature and love of one another meet. As an outdoors enthusiast and naturalist, I specialize in adventure photography and Oregon elopements, sharing the beauty of the wild both in-person and through my professional camera lens.

About Amanda
Prior to being a Professional Photographer, I spent 6 years on Active Duty in the Air Force and 4 years as an Outdoor Educator and Park Ranger. In those years I was a licensed first responder (EMT and Wilderness EMT) and became certified as a Leave No Trace Master Educator. To this day my passion is - and will always be - exploring wild places and immersing myself in the beauty of our incredible National, State and local Parks. I spent years as an avid backpacker and outdoors enthusiast, which opened the door into the world of landscape and wildlife photography. From there, my love for creating beautiful imagery grew and translated into so many other facets of my life - so I decided to make the leap and pursue it full time. I now call Portland, Oregon home and absolutely love our community. You can frequently find me and my husband walking our exuberant golden retriever Louie around St. John's (he's a goofy happy guy), exploring new coffee shops and on outdoors adventures.
