Oh hey there! Thank you for visiting my photography portfolio. I've been a Professional Photographer for 7 years (where has the time gone?!). I started as a hobbyist 12 years ago, and that hobby quickly became an obsessive, artistic passion that led me down an alternative life path, allowing me to meet some amazing people and explore incredible places along the way.​
My philosophy with photography is simple - I understand how to use light to be creative and to capture beauty, emotion, complexity and depth. I'm a versatile Professional who shoots both in-studio and on-site using flash (both on camera & off) and available light. My portrait work is edited to be classic and true to life, and I take pride in my technical skills to fine-tune and control lighting to achieve spectacular images.
I specialize in both classic and creative portraiture for couples, students, families, pets, athletes and businesses. I love capturing meaningful events such as weddings and elopements, and have a timeless editing style that prints beautifully on a variety of mediums for in-home or office display.

Professional Background
Prior to being a Professional Photographer, I spent 6 years on Active Duty in the Air Force and 4 years as an Outdoor Educator and Park Ranger. In those years I was a licensed first responder (EMT and Wilderness EMT) and became certified as a Leave No Trace Master Educator. To this day my passion is - and will always be - exploring wild places and immersing myself in the beauty of our incredible National, State and local Parks. I spent years as an avid backpacker and outdoors enthusiast, which opened the door into the world of landscape and wildlife photography. From there, my love for creating beautiful imagery grew and translated into so many other facets of my life - so I decided to make the leap and pursue it full time.

I began my Professional Photography journey studying commercial Photography in Las Vegas with National Geographic Photographer Antonio Goméz. During my time in Las Vegas I attended WPPI conferences and workshops and was also mentored by luxury intimate portrait Photographer Marco Ibañez. Over the years since I have invested countless hours into professional continuing education. My experience ranges from photojournalism assignments to working on commercial sets in Boston and on the West Coast. I've traveled for my work, shooting destination elopements, competitive sports teams and various equestrian events.​

I now call Portland, Oregon home and absolutely love our community. You can frequently find me and my husband walking our exuberant golden retriever Louie around St. John's (he's a goofy happy guy) and exploring new coffee shops and parks.

Portrait packages start at $475 for a 1-hour on-site shoot, and $575 for a 1-hour in-studio shoot.

Headshots/Business Branding
Individual headshots on-site start at $300, and in-studio $425.
Group rates available for headshots based on number of persons being photographed.

Business branding packages include staff/owner portrait and product photography, site photography (for coffee shops, restaurants, studios, etc.) and start at $875 for 3-hours of coverage.​
Professional styling of hair and makeup is available as a $150 add-on per person, by advanced request only, at the initial booking of your session.
